Freedom from Religion Foundation case: "Intolerance on Steroids"

The Freedom From Religion Foundation has filed a lawsuit against the Mercer County Schools and the superintendent because they offer voluntary, opt-in Bible classes, which the Foundation claims is unconstitutional.
