Calculated Field for story and page nodes

Would like a calculated field for story and page nodes with:

"This Feature Article is by McMahon, T.A. and was published on 3/1/2014

where "Feature Article" is the taxonomy term for Source

"McMahon, T.A." is the taxonomy term for Author

and "3/1/2014" is the "Authored on" date in the node's Authoring Information
