Free at last

Since I was a very young child I suffered with severe depression and had tried counseling, medication and other forms of treatment to no avail. One day I was watching Dave on a TV evangelist's panel discussion show and they were discussing depression. Dave looked straight into the camera and said, "Depression is an extreme form of self-centeredness", and the Lord set me free using this dear man's words to accomplish His plan. His books have been a source of encouragement, information and sanity in the my life throughout the years. Dave was a truly humble man and hero of the faith never fearing to speak the truth in love. His legacy will live on even though he has gone on to be with our Lord and Savior.
