Israel's 6 day war

At Dave and Ruth's home, remember visiting with my wife.... Just after the 6 day war, (I believe) Dave met a Israeli General and invited him to the house. It was there, I remember Dave asking the general why or who was responsible for their victory and he responded, "it was God who got us the victory". It took the man some time to answer, but it was clear to him and me that God was there for Israel's welfare and victory. Thanks, Ruth for your hospitality.
