In memory of Dave

Berean Call Family,
I would like to share what Dave has meant to me over the years, however inadequate my words may be, I will miss him as a Father in the faith as he surely was to me and so many others.
I was first introduced to Dave in a small Christian Bookstore in 1997. My new bride and I were on vacation and we came across a copy of A Woman Rides the Beast, we devoured it and I remember turning to her and asking “can this be true, there are others that believe as we suspect?!” From there we backtracked and read The Seduction of Christianity. I have not had the opportunity to hear Dave in person, but from his written word I feel as if I know him as a brother, as a father. Dave’s instruction to be a Berean has always led me to a deeper study of God’s written Word. You list 35 books by Dave, My bride and I have purchased and read at least 25 of them, many of them are taped, tattered and so marked up and still treasured! I am so thankful for the wisdom and clear thinking that our Lord entrusted with Dave. We have been receiving TBC newsletter since 1998 and still have every copy, and look forward to every issue still.
Ruth and family, Tom and TBC staff, my heart goes out to you for your loss, for all our loss! As Timothy carried on after Paul departed, so will you with God’s immeasurable Grace.
Thank you Lord Jesus for your Loyal Servant and Child Dave Hunt.
