WALLS CANNOT STOP THE WORD

In 1997, two important events shaped my life--I was sentenced to nine years on a charge of Attempted Murder, and I renewed my relationship with Christ after twenty years of prodigally wandering. During that time, a brother in Christ gave me the mailing address of a free Christian newsletter, The Berean Call. For the next seven years, Dave and his staff enlightened, exhorted, and challenged me with the newsletter, which I received in print monthly. I continued the journey with them online, after my release in 2006. In The Berean Call, I've found a trustworthy source of news, information, and fellowship that's aided me in my daily walk and ministry; in addition, they are the only newsletter I've found worthy of recommendation to friends and colleagues. Dave Hunt brought me the Word, unadulterated, through the prison walls, past the razor wire, and beyond the stony walls of my heart, and I continue to grow in part due to his help. I never met Dave, but I look forward to meeting him THERE. Godspeed, Dave.
