Aloha! I must say, David was a true champion in defending the faith. He had the intestinal fortitude to speak out against false teachings invading the church of Jesus Christ. How many have been helped all around the world because his willingness to stand for truth. May his death result in many being raised up to "Contend for the faith that was once and for all delivered to the saints". How he will be missed, but we will shall see him again in the future, when we (Christians) will be together with our Lord for all eternity.
