Leaders of this current revival habitually invite the Holy Spirit to be present and to work. But He is indwelling us and He is present and at work among us when we meet. So the idea of “revival” as some special anointing or visitation of the Holy Spirit is not biblical and could lead into error, as indeed it has done in the charismatic movement.
