Leftist Indifference to Christian Genocide
FrontPageMag.com, 1/27/22, “Leftist Indifference to Christian Genocide” [Excerpts]: A recent and ostensibly insignificant “label change” by the U.S. Department of State sheds light on both President Joe Biden and Barack Obama, as well as potential presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
On November 17, 2021, the State Department removed Nigeria from its list of Countries of Particular Concern, that is, nations which engage in, or tolerate violations of, religious freedom. It did this despite several human rights organizations characterizing the persecution meted out to Nigeria’s Christians as a “genocide.”
According to an August 2021 report...more than 60,000 Christians have either been murdered or abducted during raids. The kidnapped Christians have never returned to their homes, and their loved ones believe them to be dead. During the same time, approximately 20,000 churches and Christian schools have been torched and destroyed. Nigeria was also the nation with the most Christians murdered (3,530) for their faith in 2020.

What Is a Woman?
IntellectualTakeout.org, 1/21/22, “What Is a Woman?” [Excerpts]: The bumbling began after Matt Walsh, a commentator at the Daily Wire, threw out the question “What is a woman?” to his debate opponents on Dr. Phil. None of those arguing for the idea that men can become women could answer the question.
It’s a good question for us to explore in this age when men can supposedly become women and women become men as if by alchemy. So how do we define a woman?
When no one on Dr. Phil’s panel replied to the question except by beating around the bush, Walsh defined a woman as “an adult human female,” journalist and author Megan Fox reports. Walsh went on to say, “What you want to do is appropriate womanhood and turn it into basically a costume that can be worn.”
At this point in her article, Fox explodes in agreement: “That was straight fire. As a woman, I’m offended when a man puts on a dress and pretends to know what my struggles have been as a biological woman. The h--- you do. A woman is biology. It is experience. It is not a costume. And any man attempting to put on that experience without having lived it is appropriating my sex.
“We are told that cultural appropriation is wrong and racist. Appropriating the appearance of a woman and then gaslighting other women to accept you as one of them is sexist. Get out of here with that. Stop trying to take over women-only spaces. We need protection and safety from men. We need places to go where no men are allowed. Our girls need their sporting events to be segregated for their safety and fairness….
“I do find it strange that the three people...arguing for transgenderism can’t define womanhood. Instead, these panelists offered such rejoinders as ‘Womanhood is something that I cannot define. I cannot define what a woman is because I do not identify as a woman. Womanhood is something that is an umbrella term—it includes people who identify as a woman.’
“Sorry, folks, but your subjective definitions don’t hold water. I don’t identify with Sphinx, my daughter’s cat, but I can tell you what a cat is. I don’t identify with the poor doe who limps through my yard from time to time, but I can tell you what a female deer is. (Don’t get me started, or I’ll be singing my way through ‘Do-Re-Mi’ from The Sound of Music.)”
[TBC: “For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.” 1 Corinthians:3:19-20 [19] For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
[20] And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.

Genetic Tests Are Wrong 85% of the Time
AnswersInGenesis.org, 1/27/22, “Many Prenatal Genetic Tests Are Wrong 85% of the Time” [Excerpts]: More than one-third of pregnant women in the United States will opt for a simple blood draw fairly early in their pregnancy. That vial will be sent off for prenatal genetic testing to screen for a wide variety of chromosomal abnormalities, including extremely rare conditions. Sadly, some women will make life-ending decisions for their babies based on these screens—but, according to a recent exposé by the very pro-abortion The New York Times, many of these tests are wrong 85%–95% of the time!
Every human life has value...because each life is created in God’s image (Genesis:1:27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
See All...), fearfully and wonderfully made (and, yes, that includes those with a chromosomal abnormality as a result of the effects of our sin in this now fallen world). Abortion at any stage is taking the life of a person made in God’s image and it is murder. And God hates hands that shed innocent blood (Proverbs:6:16These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
See All...–19).
