Embracing the impossible? The fact that every living thing is composed of the same lifeless material that makes up the physical universe shows that life is not a quality of matter. That being the case, the very existence of life becomes a series of miracles. Miracles? That’s a forbidden word, yet modern science [1], after decades of trying, has failed to offer the world a better explanation. After somehow pulling themselves together, have protein molecules taken charge? At the same time, however, science [1] denies that the miracles reported by eyewitnesses in the Bible could ever occur.
