I get your email updates but when I try to log into your website it says my username or password is invalid.

Answer:

Registration for our emails and website are completely separate from each other.
Constant Contact handles our email delivery. If you've signed up to receive our emails that does not automatically sign you up for our website.
If you get an error when trying to sign in to our site, request a new password.
If your email address is not recognized, it is likely you are not registered with our website, or are registered with a different email address. Try registering as a new user.
