Question: Were killing, adultery, stealing, etc., not sinful prior to the Ten Commandments? God destroyed the earth with a flood because mankind was so wicked, or evil. Evil based on what?

Question: I was always taught from Isaiah 14 that Satan was a fallen angel originally named Lucifer. Recently I’ve been taught [that] the one being spoken of in Isaiah 14 is obviously “the king of Babylon” (v 4). Was Satan created by God as he is now…?

Question: While I find it difficult to believe that God could be the cause of evil, there seems to be some pretty strong support...from Scripture. Have you read No Place for Sovereignty: What’s Wrong with Freewill Theism by R. K. McGregor Wright?

Question: Isaiah 45:7 seems to state that God creates evil. How can this be possible if God is only and totally good? And if He does create evil, what and why would it be?
