2022 Conference

This year we are having an "in-person" conference in Bend, Oregon August 25-27.

There will also be an online conference September 1-3. Click here for more details.

Both conferences will feature the same speakers

• Some of the speakers will be in-person and some will be prerecorded and shown on a video screen.
• We have only 150 tickets for the conference in Bend.  Please call 800-937-6638 right away if you want to come.
• If government restrictions change it is possible the in-person conference will be canceled.

Lodging

• Element Hotel Bend - several of our speakers and staff will be staying here, approximately a 10 minute drive from the Conference. The Element is a very new hotel, close to downtown Bend.  Unfortunately the rates have gone way up since we made our reservations.  website | phone: 541-585-7373
   
• Holiday Inn Express Bend South - we have not used this hotel before, but the rates are reasonable and the hotel is brand new.  The Holiday Inn Express is a 15 minute drive Calvary Chapel.  website | phone: 888-465-4329
   
• Bend Riverside Inn and Suites - we have not used this hotel before, but the ratings are good and it is right across the street from the Element Hotel. Approximately a 10 minute drive from the Conference. website | phone: 541-389-2363
   
• Best Western Premier Pepper Tree Inn - we have not used this hotel before, but it is well rated, almost brand new, and in a beautiful location.  This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the Conference.  website | phone: 541-585-7373

• Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel - This is the budget option.  We have not used this hotel before, but it seems well maintained and is about a 10 minute drive to the conference.   phone: 541-330-5998
   
• Note: we do not recommend the local Super 8 and Motel 6.  Both of these properties are very old.

We are not charging for food!  Everyone who is attending the conference is invited to the meals.

Drinks

• Feel free to bring your own drinks (and food if you want) to the conference.  Water, coffee, and tea are welcome in the main room.  Please enjoy your food and other items outside.

• Coffee, tea, and water will be provided throughout the conference.

• Calvary Chapel has a coffee bar with other items, including coffee drinks and smoothies for a charge.  The coffee bar will be open Friday from 8:45 - 9 AM, and 11:45 - 1:30.  Also on Saturday from 8:45 - 9 AM

Seating

There are at least 150 seats in the main room.  

Children

Children are welcome inside the main room.  Please note that we will be recording the conference. If your child needs some space to run, there is a grassy area in the back of the church with a playground.

Conference Bookstore

We're trying something new this year.  We will be offering almost every product we offer at bargain prices.  There is no room for a bookstore "this big" at the church.  You may stop by our office in person, by phone, on our website, or by filling out an order sheet at the Conference.  Conference prices will be available to you for the whole month of August.  When you sign up for the conference we'll send you the details!

Location

Calvary Chapel is at 20225 Cooley Road, Bend OR 97701.

The church is on Cooley Road, just west of Bend.  Take the 97 highway (going north or south) and take the exit to go west on Highway 20 towards Sisters.  Cooley Road is the first intersection with a turn lane.  Go left on Cooley Road, you'll see the church on the left.
