Yes, man has freedom. God’s foreknowledge has no influence at all upon the freedom to choose that God has granted to mankind. Of course He can, if it suits His purpose, influence man’s action—but that is another subject. God knows every path that a person may take, but that has nothing to do with God’s foreknowledge of what the person will actually do. God doesn’t have to take into consideration any alternate paths. Deduction has no part in His foreknowledge. He knows the future—He knows what will happen before it happens. Time is part of the physical universe. God is outside of the universe, so He is outside of time. What to us seems past, present, and an unknown future with many possibilities is one continuum that God observes from outside time.
