The new universe will be inhabited by those who have repented and received God’s remedy so that He could create them anew (Ephesians:2:8-10 [8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

[10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
See All...). In perfect bodies, no longer susceptible to temptation and sin, and filled with Christ’s love, theirs will be eternal bliss in God’s presence and the inconceivable adventure and joy of the wonders He has planned for all eternity.
At any moment it could be too late to respond, but as yet Christ’s gracious offer of pardon and eternal joy is still open: “He that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life” (John:5:24Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
