“Where to Turn for Help for Problems of Living”
The obvious answer is Jesus. Why "obvious"? He is our Creator (“All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made”—John:1:3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
See All...). Furthermore, He is the way, the truth, and the life (John:14:6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
See All...). What wisdom could any man add to that? Ask your pastor, who very likely claims to believe in the sufficiency of God's Word (“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue”—2 Peter:1:3According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
See All...). And then ask your pastor why he, who is called to be a shepherd of God's flock, is turning them away from the truth of God’s Word to those who have replaced God's truth with man’s wisdom?
